Please pray for me to gain weight. I'm ### years old and wanted to gain weight since I was ### because of all the comments and body shame I got for being skinny. Now I don't receive them as much as I used to, but I still really want to gain ### pounds this summer before starting school again, please God. I have tried everything, workouts designed for gaining weight since I was in 5th grade and taking multivitamins for it, but it won't work!

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with their weight and the hurtful comments they have received. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the efforts they have made to gain weight. We ask that You bless them with the physical health and strength they seek.

Your Word says in Psalm 139:14 that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. Help our friend to see themselves through Your eyes and to find peace and confidence in their identity in You. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in their journey to gain weight, that they may find the right path and resources to achieve their goal.

Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on any emotional wounds caused by body shaming. Fill their heart with Your love and assurance, reminding them that they are precious and valued just as they are.

We trust in Your perfect timing and plan, and we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
