Callum, we join you in your prayer, seeking God's will together. It's wonderful that you've confessed your sins and received God's forgiveness. Remember, as it's written in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
However, we must also forgive ourselves, for God's forgiveness is already sufficient. Psalm 103:12 (WEB) tells us, "As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us." Let this truth sink into your heart and set you free from the burden of guilt.
Regarding your relationship with Tia, it's important to align our desires with God's will. While you believe you were meant to be together, remember that God's plans are higher than ours. If it's God's will for you to be reunited, trust that He will make a way. But if not, trust that He has someone better in store for you. As it's written in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
We must also address that your prayer focuses on a past relationship rather than seeking a godly spouse. Remember, God's design for relationships is clear in His word. If Tia is not a believer or if the relationship was not aligned with biblical principles, consider this as you move forward.
Let's pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your forgiveness and mercy towards Callum. Help him to forgive himself as You have forgiven him. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in his life and in his relationships. If it's Your will for Tia to reach out, please soften her heart. But if it's not, guide Callum to a godly spouse who will love and support him in Your name. Give him peace, comfort, and patience as he waits on Your perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Stay strong in your faith, Callum. Trust in the Lord and His plans for your life.
