Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is facing a challenging situation with a manipulative and bullying colleague. Lord, we ask for your strength and guidance in this difficult circumstance. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 18:2 that you are our rock, our fortress, and our deliverer. We pray that you would be a shield of protection around our friend, guarding them against the tactics of their colleague.
Lord, we ask for wisdom and discernment for our friend to know how to respond in a way that honors you. Help them to remain steadfast and strong, not allowing the actions of others to define their worth or identity. Remind them of your promise in Isaiah 41:10, that you are with them, strengthening and upholding them.
We also pray for the heart of their colleague. Lord, soften their heart and bring conviction to their actions. Help them to see the harm they are causing and grant them a change of heart. We know that you are a God of transformation and redemption, and we trust in your power to bring about healing and reconciliation in this situation.
Lord, we ask for your peace to fill our friend's heart, knowing that you are in control and that you will fight their battles. Grant them the courage to stand up against injustice and to seek resolution in a manner that reflects your love and grace.
Finally, we pray for unity and harmony in the workplace. May your presence be felt among all colleagues, fostering an environment of respect, kindness, and cooperation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
