Beloved Servant
Please pray for me to be motivated at my job. I am a hard worker who likes to help and stay busy. I am thankful for the position it's a good foot in the door with a good salary. I am blessed to have survived several rounds of layoffs since last year and this year as well. God is truly a miracle worker! While I am thankful for the provisions this work provides, I am often bored daily and trying to find stuff to do. I create extra projects, ask for more work all the time. My team is not really a team. No one really talks to each other even at local site. I'm used to running departments and teams and not doing any of this right now. Feeling under utilized, lonely and unwelcome. My manager takes my ideas and committee groups i tried to participate in only are trying to make themselves look good not really help others so I quit those in a professional way. There are nice things about the work and I try to focus on those. Here I am starting my day and can't get over this overwhelming dread towards work. This along with layoffs has really stressed me out and had impact on my sleep and health.Thank you for prayers.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear friend Fowlwerth. We thank you for the job that you have provided, and we acknowledge that it is a blessing and a provision from you. We are grateful for your faithfulness in preserving Fowlwerth's position amidst the rounds of layoffs.

Lord, we lift up Fowlwerth's request for motivation at work. We pray that you would ignite a fire within their heart to excel in their job and to be a diligent worker. Your Word reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." May Fowlwerth find joy and fulfillment in their work, knowing that they are ultimately serving you.

We ask for a transformation in the dynamics of Fowlwerth's team. Lord, we pray for unity, open communication, and a spirit of collaboration among the team members. Your Word encourages us in Psalm 133:1, "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" We pray that Fowlwerth would experience a sense of belonging and support within their team.

Father, we ask for wisdom and discernment for Fowlwerth as they navigate their current work situation. Give them creative ideas and opportunities to contribute in meaningful ways. Help them to find fulfillment and purpose in their daily tasks. We pray for divine connections and relationships that will bring encouragement and camaraderie.

Lord, we lift up the stress and anxiety that Fowlwerth is experiencing due to the layoffs and the impact it has had on their sleep and health. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask for your peace to flood Fowlwerth's heart and mind, bringing rest and restoration.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a renewed sense of purpose, motivation, and joy in Fowlwerth's work. May they experience your presence and guidance each day. We thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in answering them. Amen.

May God bless you abundantly, Fowlwerth, and may you find fulfillment and joy in your work. Remember that God is with you every step of the way, and He will guide you through this season. Keep trusting in Him and seeking His wisdom.
