Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is struggling with worry, dread, fear, and anxiety. Lord, Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to You. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we pray for a sound mind, as You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We ask that You deliver them from the grip of anxiety and fear, and replace it with Your perfect peace.
Lord, we also pray for their work situation. Grant them favor with their management and colleagues. Protect their job and give them the wisdom and clarity to perform their duties without error. Let Your presence be with them, as Moses prayed in Exodus 33:15, "If Your presence does not go with us, do not send us up from here."
We ask for Your divine protection over every area of their life. Surround them with Your angels and shield them from any spiritual attacks. May they feel Your coverage and protection, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and provision. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
