i just got off the phone with a future landlord
named Justin
unfortunately
he wants to go the illegal route
which means i can't qualify as his tenant...

i am soo sorry to tell you he decided this
what he is now considered is what is called
A Slum Lord

please pray this man comes to his senses
as this isn't even about me
this is called just doing the right thing by another human being...

that is what this is about.

as for me
i need a legal house to rent
in a nice safe and quiet area
and someone sent from God
to stand by side as my future Boaz

My head hurts very much
from all of this stress i have been under...

Have faith in our father is he always good! Just because this one didn’t work out doesn’t mean there isn’t something better (cliche I know) but trust in gods plan. Lay your worries on him, and keep working and praying hard. Stay faithful and things will work out.

thank-you to everyone

i feel soo bad because this landlord found me
and he really wanted me as a tenant
and i understand why

it is just that i am on a federal government rent subsidy program
and they require legal permits legal renovations
up to legal building code and legal zoning....

how sad that he could do all of this LEGALLY
and have peace of mind at night....
he does have the finances for this too
and he is in construction and has access
to the best of the best for building materials and labor
and most of the work he would be doing himself as well anyway
because this is his own business...

i feel very bad.

this is deeply distressing to me on every level......

PLEASE PRAY THIS MAN JUSTIN
COMES TO HIS SENSES
AS HE IS TAKING A HUGE RISK
AND COULD STAND TO LOSE EVERYTHING

AS IT IS HE LOST ME AS HIS FUTURE TENANT...
