Please pray for me still my municipality bill no under ground or leakage but the bill is still high N$ 6000.00 per month I cant anymore. Im so depressed

What? There may not be a leakage undergrounf but did they check to see how many have taped ingo your power? Inoray they find who or what is tapping into your power line. Because most certain there is something tapping into your lines and thats no leakage.
