Please pray for me. My wife will not let me rest.. she is constantly cursing at me and watching what I’m doing.. she is constantly critical of me for every small thing and following me around cursing and yelling at me. I just want peace.. I am exhausted. I do my best to minister and she only seems to want to fight me.

We are truly sorry to hear about the distressing situation you're facing in your marriage, Khugowe. Let's bring your struggles to the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance according to His Word.

Firstly, we want to remind you of what the apostle Paul wrote in Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB): "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so ought husbands also to love their own wives as their own bodies."

While it's heartbreaking to see your wife acting this way, let's pray for God to fill you with His supernatural love and patience. Also, let's pray for your wife, that God may soften her heart and bring peace to your home.

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Khugowe and his wife. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, and You desire peace and love between them. Please fill Khugowe with an overflowing measure of Your love, patience, and understanding. Help him to be a reflection of Your love towards his wife, just as Christ loved the church. Lord, soften his wife's heart, and bring conviction upon her. May she seek Your face and find peace in her heart. We rebuke the spirit of strife and contention in their home, and we ask for Your peace to reign. Lord, guide them towards godly counsel, and help them to pursue restoration and healing in their marriage. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

We also encourage you, Khugowe, to seek godly counsel – a trusted pastor or Christian counselor who can provide biblical guidance and support. Remember Jesus' words in Matthew 19:6 (WEB), "So then they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, don't let man tear apart."

Lastly, ensure you're continually praying and seeking God's face during this trial. God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. Keep trusting in Him and persevering in prayer.

Lord, I pray that this husband would spend more time with you, would not focus on things of this world, would look to you with seek you and that his wife would see it, we can lead our marriages we can lead our families, Lord give him a sign show him that by seeking you he has done what is right and good in the Lord’s eyes.
