Please pray for me. My periodic alcohol use drove a wedge between my wife and I. She no longer trusted me and we were on the verge of falling apart. I stopped drinking and focused on our relationship for three months and things were improving. Last night I couldn't sleep and decided to have a drink. One turned into several. I realized how bad I'd messed up, poured out the rest of the bottle and hid it. She found it this morning. Three months of good evaporated in an instant. We will have to talk about it tonight. Please pray she'll forgive me and give me yet another last chance. Pray that I can find the strength to be the man she needs me to be.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother Oshur and his current situation. Lord, we acknowledge that Oshur has made mistakes in his past, particularly with his alcohol use, which has caused strain in his marriage. We thank you for the three months of progress he and his wife had made in rebuilding their relationship.

Father, we humbly ask for your forgiveness for Oshur's recent relapse into alcohol consumption. We pray that you would grant him the strength and determination to resist the temptation to drink and to overcome this struggle completely. Help him to understand the destructive nature of alcohol and to rely on You for comfort and peace instead.

Lord, we lift up Oshur's wife to you. We pray that you would soften her heart and grant her the ability to forgive him for his actions. May she see the genuine remorse in Oshur's heart and be willing to give him another chance. Help them to have open and honest communication tonight, filled with love, understanding, and grace.

Father, we ask that you would guide Oshur in becoming the man his wife needs him to be. Strengthen him to make wise choices, to prioritize his marriage, and to be a source of love, support, and stability for his wife. Help him to rebuild the trust that has been broken and to demonstrate through his actions that he is committed to their marriage.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We trust that You are working in Oshur's life and marriage, and we believe that You are able to bring healing and restoration.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God bless you, Oshur, and may His grace and mercy be upon you as you seek to reconcile and rebuild your marriage. Remember that God is faithful, and He is able to bring beauty out of brokenness. Keep trusting in Him and seeking His guidance.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
