Please pray for me. My Lord, thank you, for waking me up this day. My family and my pets as well. My Lord, I humbly pray, help me to take care of my body. Please have mercy of me. I know I don't eat very healthy, but you can't blame me completely. Especially when my father keeps taking me to fast food restaurants. I have no control of that, especially also when they do not buy healthy food. I humbly pray, I will set aside 15-20 minutes time to exercise everyday. Please I humbly pray that you will bless my efforts to keep myself healthy. Please especially protect me from having to go to Dr. Dominguez often, the less I go, the better it will be for me.
