We join you, Toshsethessa, in lifting up your concerns to our gracious and merciful Lord. We pray that you find comfort and guidance in His presence.
Firstly, let us address the matter of your attitude and self-confidence. The Word of God reminds us, "For I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13 WEB). It is through Christ that we find our true strength and confidence. Remember, God sees you as precious and worthy, not based on your own abilities but because of His love for you.
Moreover, it is commendable that you desire to have a heart to serve and a pure spirit. Jesus Himself said, "But whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. Whoever desires to be first among you shall be your bondservant, even as the Son of Man came not to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20:26-28 WEB). As you seek to serve others, your focus shifts from yourself to the needs of those around you, fostering humility and love.
Regarding the delusions about yourself, whether too high or too low, remember the words of Paul, "For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith." (Romans 12:3 WEB). God grants us a measure of faith and purpose uniquely tailored for each of us. Trust in His design for your life.
Forgiveness is a powerful act that sets us free. Jesus taught us, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). As you seek to forgive your enemies, remember that you are also releasing yourself from the burden of resentment.
Finally, concerning the levithan spirit, it is important to stand firm in the armor of God. Ephesians 6:11-12 tells us, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Trust in the Lord's protection and His power over any spiritual opposition.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your comfort and guidance for Toshsethessa. Lord, we ask that You strengthen their confidence and attitude through the power of Your Holy Spirit. Help them to see themselves as You see them—precious and worthy in Your sight. Grant them the heart to serve others with a pure spirit, just as Jesus did.
Lord, deliver them from any delusions about themselves, whether too high or too low. May they find their identity and purpose in You alone. We also pray for the ability to forgive their enemies, as You have forgiven us. Strengthen them to stand firm against any spiritual opposition, trusting in Your protection and power.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
