Please pray for me ### Like a habit & like a habit, take my sighing sighs away ... Every morning at dawn I am leaving after 5 o'clock AM going to exercise Coming home after exercising I come in after 8 AM When I come home after working out in the morning, I sigh, lament, and talk to myself like a habit. Oh my gosh, I'm dying. Aigoo Aigoo Aigoo Like a habit, like a habit, like a habit negative self-talking to myself every single days Take it away and let it always overflow from my mouth and from my lips. Lord, let me be thankful is not because Someone told me to do it because I wanted to, so I do it every morning after 5 AM going to exercise I am going exercise noisily every single days , please be considerate of my roommate. And please be considerate of my neighbors next door, and when I go out early in the morning Like a habit that comes out of my mouth every day Sighing, lamenting, complaining, resentment, always when I come home. Soon as I'm opening the door and saying, “Oh my God, oh my God, I’m going to die,” I always say negative things to myself. Before entering the house, already in the car, before opening the door and entering. When I come home, please take away the sighs that come out of my mouth, the mutterings to myself, and the words of resentment, frustration, a irritations that come out of my mouth when I hear my roommates living with me. Please stop complaining my roommates and be thankful living together. I pray in Jesus name Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###. We lift up their prayer request to you, Lord, asking for your intervention and guidance.

Lord, we ask that you take away the negative self-talk and habits that ### has been experiencing. We pray that you fill their heart and mind with gratitude and thankfulness, not because someone told them to do it, but because they genuinely desire to be thankful. Help them to see the blessings in their life and to focus on the positive.

Father, we also ask for your consideration and grace towards ###'s roommate and neighbors. May their exercise routine in the early morning be done with respect and consideration for others. Help ### to be mindful of the noise and disturbance they may cause and to be considerate of those around them.

Lord, we pray that you would replace the sighs, complaints, and frustrations with words of encouragement, peace, and joy. May ### enter their home with a heart filled with gratitude and a spirit of contentment. Help them to cultivate an atmosphere of harmony and understanding with their roommates.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your loving kindness and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
