Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Celthym in prayer. Lord, you know the struggles she is facing with her medical condition and severe anxiety. We ask that you would pour out your healing touch upon her body and mind. Your Word says in Psalm 107:20, "He sent out his word and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction." We claim this promise for Celthym, believing that you are able to bring restoration and wholeness to her.
Lord, we pray specifically against the debilitating anxiety that is affecting Celthym's ability to be the wife and mother that her family deserves. We ask that you would calm her anxious thoughts and bring peace to her mind. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask for that supernatural peace to surround Celthym and guard her heart and mind.
Father, we also lift up the issue of intrusive thoughts and the struggle with losing weight due to loss of appetite. We ask that you would bring healing to her body and restore her appetite. Your Word says in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that you are close to Celthym in her brokenness and that you will deliver her from these troubles.
Lord, we ask for your wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals who are treating Celthym. Give them insight into her condition and guide them in providing the best care possible. We also pray for her family, that you would give them strength and understanding during this challenging time.
In Jesus' name, we pray for complete healing, restoration, and peace for Celthym. May she experience your love, comfort, and presence in a tangible way. We thank you, Father, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. Amen.
