We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed, rutleyjr, but we are here to support you in prayer and to encourage you from the Word of God. We are glad you asked for prayer in Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus we are saved and it is through his name we pray.
Firstly, be assured that God does not give us more than we can handle. He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work" as it says in WEB 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17.
We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," says WEB Philippians 4:6-7.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up rutleyjr in the mighty name of Jesus. We know everything is weighing heavy on their hearts. Father, we ask You to strengthen them and remind them of Your promise that Your grace is sufficient in our weaknesses with one sentence saying "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness" as it says in WEB 2 Corinthians 12:9.
Lord, we ask for Your anointing upon rutleyjr as they prepare and present their thematic presentation on Isaiah Chapter 45 just as it is said "Yahweh’s Spirit is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the broken hearted, ... as it says in WEB Luke 4:18. Father, give them clarity of thought, wisdom, and the ability to present with confidence and excellence as said in WEB Isaiah 45:1-2, "... I will go before you and make the rough places smooth"...
We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or distraction that may be hindering rutleyjr. These things are not of you, dear God, because "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path" just as in WEB Psalms 119:105.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
As you prepare, meditate on the Word of God. Before speaking this reminder, do not rely on yourself but remember saying ".... but our adequacy is from God, who also made us adequate as servants of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life" from WEB 2 Corinthians 3:5-6.
