We are truly saddened to hear about the difficulties you are facing in your workplace. Let us first assure you that God is faithful, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our work environment.
We must recall the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 12:17-19 (WEB): "Don't repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
Let us pray together for this situation:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your intervention in the life of our dear brother/sister who is facing constant harassment at their workplace. Lord, we ask that You shield them from these attacks and bring peace and harmony to their work environment. We pray for Monserrath Fetima Reynoso and her companion, that their hearts would be softened and that they would cease their wrongdoings. Lord, we know that vengeance is Yours, and we trust in Your righteousness and justice.
We also pray for our brother/sister, that they would have the strength and wisdom to respond with kindness and forgiveness, just as Jesus taught us. Help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting Your love and grace. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and protection over their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, dear one, that Jesus said in Matthew 5:44 (WEB), "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." This does not mean we condone wrong behavior, but rather, we trust in God's sovereignty and His ability to change hearts.
If you have not mentioned Jesus Christ or prayed in His name, we encourage you to do so. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as He said in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Stay strong in your faith, and trust that God is working in this situation, even if it is not evident right now. We are here with you in prayer and support.
