Please pray for me. I'm in the dumps, no energy anxiety and depression is setting in. Felling bad for myself and in bed but need to get up and cook etc for the kids. Please pray I'm able to get up and cook and get things done. ###

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is struggling with anxiety, depression, and a lack of energy. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask that You fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and grant them the strength to rise from their bed and care for their children.

Lord, we pray that You renew their spirit and give them the energy they need to accomplish their daily tasks. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You because You care for them. May Your joy be their strength and may they feel Your loving presence surrounding them.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Your child in prayer. They are feeling overwhelmed with low energy, anxiety, and depression, struggling to find the strength and motivation to get out of bed and take care of their responsibilities, especially cooking for their kids. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention to bring them the strength and peace they need to overcome these challenges.

Your Word in Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all this through him who gives me strength." We pray that You fill them with Your strength, enabling them to rise from their bed and complete the tasks before them.

In the name of Jesus, we pray for relief from anxiety and depression. Psalm 34:17-18 says, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We ask that You draw near to Your child, delivering them from their troubles and bringing healing to their broken heart.

Lord, we also pray for renewed energy and a sense of purpose. Isaiah 40:31 encourages us, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." Renew their strength, Lord, and help them to rise and fulfill their duties with renewed vigor.

We trust in Your unfailing love and care, knowing that You are with them every step of the way. Thank You for hearing our prayers and for the support You are providing.
