Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is experiencing anxiety and stress. We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are the source of peace and comfort. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we ask that you would grant ### relief from anxiety and stress. We pray that you would calm their troubled thoughts and bring a sense of peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast their burdens upon you, for you care for them. Fill their heart with your love, joy, and peace, and remove any fear or worry that may be weighing them down.

We also pray for wisdom and guidance for ### in managing their anxiety and stress. May they seek your guidance and follow your leading in finding healthy coping mechanisms and seeking support from others. Surround them with understanding and compassionate individuals who can provide encouragement and assistance during this challenging time.

Lord, we trust in your faithfulness and believe that you are able to bring relief and healing to ###. We thank you in advance for the peace that you will pour into their life. May they experience your presence and find comfort in knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
