Please pray for me. I'm having anxiety and panic attacks. I need help from God to calm down.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Inerr, who is experiencing anxiety and panic attacks. We lift up their request to you, knowing that you are the source of peace and comfort. Your Word assures us that you can calm the storms within our hearts and bring stillness to our troubled minds.

In Psalm 94:19, it says, "When anxiety was great within me, your consolation brought me joy." We ask that you would console Inerr in their distress and replace their anxiety with your perfect peace. Help them to cast their burdens upon you, for you care for them .

Lord, we pray that you would grant Inerr the strength to overcome these panic attacks. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May Inerr feel your presence and experience your strength in the midst of their struggles.

We also ask for wisdom and guidance for Inerr to seek appropriate help and support. Lead them to the right resources, whether it be through counseling, therapy, or medical intervention. Surround them with understanding and compassionate individuals who can provide the assistance they need.

Lord, we trust in your unfailing love and your faithfulness to answer our prayers. We believe that you are able to bring peace to Inerr's anxious heart and grant them the help they need. May they find comfort and solace in your presence, knowing that you are their refuge and strength.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
