Please pray for me. I'm having a rough day. I think my thyroid is really acting up. My muscles in my arms, back and neck are so stiff and are cramping up. My hands have been sweating and I am sometimes short of breath when walking up the stairs. My face is hot but hands are very cold. I have also had anxiety and irritability lately. Please pray that God heals me and gives me hope and strength.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend altek who is going through a difficult time. Lord, we ask for your healing touch upon their body, specifically their thyroid. We pray that you would bring balance and restoration to their thyroid function, alleviating the symptoms they are experiencing.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you are the one who heals all our diseases. We hold onto this promise and ask for your divine intervention in altek's health. Please release the tension and stiffness in their muscles, bringing relief and comfort. Calm their anxious heart and grant them peace, knowing that you are in control.

Father, we ask for your strength to be poured out upon altek. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit, enabling them to face each day with hope and courage. Fill them with your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

We also pray for emotional healing, Lord. If there are any underlying causes for anxiety and irritability, we ask that you would bring clarity and healing to those areas as well. May your love and grace overflow in altek's life, bringing comfort and restoration.

We trust in your faithfulness, Lord, and we believe that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . We thank you in advance for the healing and restoration that you will bring to altek's body, mind, and spirit.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, altek. May His face shine upon you and give you peace. Remember that you are not alone, and we are standing with you in prayer.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
