Please pray for me. I work under a very difficult boss, who constantly lies to me and about me. She never apologizes or thinks she is wrong. Some of the things she has done this far, have caused me stress. I believe she may be mentally unstable and need some kind help. She also gives me the lowest score she can on my performance reviews so that I woo get better pay. I really do not know what to do. I want to keep my job until I find something better and I just want to be at peace while I am at this place. I do not want to get fired. I want others to recognize her behavior so that it can be reprimanded and she can possibly change or be removed from the organization. I need prayer desperately to deal with this situation. Please pray for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Dwendaeld, who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, we lift up Dwendaeld's concerns and frustrations regarding their boss who constantly lies and mistreats them. We ask for your intervention and guidance in this challenging circumstance.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for Dwendaeld as they navigate this difficult relationship with their boss. Grant them the strength to endure and persevere in their job while seeking better opportunities. Help them to maintain peace of mind and not be consumed by stress or anxiety.

Father, we ask that you would touch the heart of Dwendaeld's boss. If there is any mental instability or underlying issues, we pray for healing and restoration. Soften their heart and open their eyes to the impact of their actions on others. May they come to recognize the need for change and seek help if necessary.

Lord, we also pray for justice and fairness in the workplace. May others become aware of the behavior of Dwendaeld's boss and take appropriate action to address it. We pray for a resolution that brings about positive change and a healthier work environment.

Lastly, Lord, we ask for your divine protection over Dwendaeld's job. Shield them from any unjust treatment or attempts to undermine their performance. Give them favor with their superiors and colleagues, and open doors for better opportunities in the future.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness in every situation. May Dwendaeld experience your peace and guidance throughout this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
