Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother Varshar in prayer. Lord, You see the pain and distress that Varshar is experiencing after being scammed. Your Word tells us in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We stand on this promise, believing that You hear Varshar's cry and will deliver him from this situation.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this matter. We pray that You would bring justice and restore what has been lost. We know that You are a God of justice, as it is written in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing." We pray that those who have wronged Varshar would be brought to account and that the money would be returned.
Father, we also ask for Your peace to fill Varshar's heart. In Philippians 4:6-7, You instruct us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to You. And Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We pray that Varshar would experience this peace, knowing that You are in control and that You care deeply for him.
Lord, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for Varshar in the future. James 1:5 tells us that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us. Grant Varshar the wisdom to navigate through this challenging time and to make wise decisions moving forward.
Lastly, we pray for Varshar's studies. As a student seeing himself through school, this situation has added an extra burden. We ask that You would provide for all his needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Strengthen him and give him the perseverance to continue his studies despite this setback.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
