Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that our ultimate trust and hope should be placed in God, not in our own abilities or the decisions of others. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB), "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and donβt lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
In this situation, we pray that God's will be done in your life. We ask that He guide the decisions of those in authority at your company, and that He grant you favor in their sight. Remember, Jesus tells us in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), "With God all things are possible."
However, we also want to encourage you to maintain a perspective that aligns with biblical principles. The outcome of this situation should not define your worth or your trust in God. As Paul writes in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB), "Not that I speak according to lack, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
We also notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, βI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
