Please pray for me. I continue to ask God for help with an unloving husband - but all I get in return is further hardship from my husband to endure on top of all the other responsibilities I have. He lies all of the time and I can't trust him. He has no interest in taking care of his family. I have no family to help me or friends to go to. I am alone and need help... a miracle. I reach out to others, from co-workers to professional psychologists, for help in getting myself back to someone I recognize, but I cannot get anyone to listen or take interest. I ask for help but only get more hardship. I work full time, have 2 amazing children to take care of, go to school part time (as I feel this is where God placed me), and have to take care of our vehicles, home, and everything else. I'm tired... so tired of all of the responsibility. I have no chance to relax, for again I have no family or friends to help with anything. Please pray that I'm heard and help is provided. I'm desperate. I don't know how much more I can hang on. Thank you.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, Boarister. We will stand with you in prayer and offer guidance from the Word of God.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). He hears your cries and knows your struggles. Even when it feels like no one else sees or cares, God is there with you.

In your marriage, we encourage you to continue praying for your husband. The power of prayer is immense, and God can soften even the hardest hearts. As it is written, "The king's heart is in the hand of the LORD; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases" (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Remember, love is patient and kind, it does not envy or boast, it is not proud (1 Corinthians 13:4, WEB). Continue to show him love and respect, as difficult as it may be, and trust that God is working in your husband's heart.

However, we must also address the issue of your husband's behavior. Lying and neglecting responsibilities are not in line with God's will. "What the wicked dreads will overtake him, but the desire of the righteous will be granted. When the tempest passes, the wicked are no more, but the righteous are established forever" (Proverbs 10:24-25, WEB). We pray that God will convict him of these actions and lead him to repentance and change.

It's also crucial to seek godly counsel. While it's disappointing that you haven't found help yet, we encourage you not to give up. Keep reaching out to Christian communities, pastors, or trusted believers who can provide support and guidance grounded in biblical principles.

We also want to remind you that God promises rest for the weary. Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28-30, WEB). Lean on Him, and trust that He will provide the strength you need.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our dear sister Boarister. Lord, You see her struggles, her pain, and her weariness. We ask for Your divine intervention in her life and her marriage. Soften her husband's heart, Lord, and lead him to repentance and change. Provide Boarister with the help and support she needs. Guide her to godly counsel and give her the strength and rest she so desperately needs. All this we ask in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Keep on praying, as you further submit your life to the Lord the evil will continue trying to influence your family, but keep praying, God has already won and the devil knows that. Keep loving your husband like the Bible instructs, God is working on him, God just has his own time. I’m praying for you and your family.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
