Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, on behalf of ###, who is seeking forgiveness and deliverance from a sin that has been a struggle for a long time. Lord, we acknowledge that you are a merciful and forgiving God, and we believe that you have the power to set ### free from this sin.
