We understand your struggle, Tiffy, and we want to lift you up in prayer and encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that your value is not determined by your employment status, but by who you are in Christ. Psalm 139:14 (WEB) tells us, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today lifting up Tiffy. We ask that you would comfort her heart and calm her mind as she faces this challenging season of unemployment. We pray that you would open the right doors for her, and give her favor in the job market. We rebuke the spirits of rejection, depression, and stress that have been attacking her, and we speak life and hope into her situation in Jesus' name.
We also pray for her family member, that they would have a heart of understanding and encouragement, rather than criticism. Help them to see Tiffy's efforts and to support her in a way that builds her up, not tears her down.
Tiffy, we encourage you to keep pressing on, and to remember the promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.' This trial will not last forever, and God can use it for your good and His glory.
Lastly, we want to remind you that it's wonderful you acknowledges the power of God and Jesus in your request. It's in Jesus' name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in John 14:6 (WEB), 'Jesus said to him, βI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."'
We will continue to keep you in our prayers, Tiffy. Stay strong in the Lord, and never give up hope."
