Please pray for me, I am getting unfair treatment by the supervisor and higher ups, I am getting treat differently than my coworkers, even on the signing sheet, I have to fill it out myself when all my coworkers position and name are listed there, it makes me feel like I don’t belong here or they are not treating me with respect, also, they are trying to take my position and give it to the coworker who has less seniority than I am, please pray for me so they treat me with respect and I keep my position at work, thank you

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is experiencing unfair treatment at work. Lord, You see the injustice and the pain it causes. We ask for Your divine intervention and favor in this situation. Your Word says in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles." We pray that You hear this cry and bring deliverance.

Father, we ask that You touch the hearts of the supervisors and higher-ups, that they may treat our brother or sister with the respect and fairness they deserve. Let them see the value and dedication that our brother or sister brings to their position. We pray for wisdom and strength for our brother or sister, that they may stand firm and not be discouraged.

Lord, we also ask that You protect their position at work. Your Word in Psalm 75:6-7 reminds us that promotion comes neither from the east nor the west, but from You, O Lord. We trust that You are in control and that You will uphold justice.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus .
