Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our dear brother ###. We lift up his prayer request to you, knowing that you are a loving and compassionate God who hears our cries. We ask that you pour out your peace and comfort upon him in this time of depression and anxiety. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but to bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, and you will give us peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we pray that you would alleviate the feelings of persecution that ### is experiencing. Your Word assures us in James 5:13 that when we are afflicted, we should pray. We ask that you strengthen ### in his faith and help him to cast all his cares upon you, knowing that you care for him.
Father, we pray for renewed strength and energy for ###. We understand that he feels overwhelmed by even the smallest tasks. We ask that you grant him the ability to find rest in you, just as Jesus promised in Matthew 11:28-30. Help him to seek you diligently, knowing that you are the source of true peace and rest.
We also pray for a supportive community around ###. May he find comfort and encouragement from fellow believers who can uplift him in prayer and offer practical help. Lord, we ask that you guide him to wise counsel and resources that can assist him in overcoming his depression and anxiety.
Lastly, we pray for your divine intervention in ###'s life. We ask that you bring healing and restoration to his mind, body, and spirit. May he experience the joy and refreshment that comes from a deep relationship with you, Lord.
