DonnaT, we understand that you're going through a challenging time regarding your work situation. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your life.
Firstly, we commend you for approaching this situation in prayer and submitting it to God. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister DonnaT. Lord, You know the details of her situation and the struggle she's facing at her workplace. We ask that You guide the decisions of her employers and soften their hearts to understand her circumstances. Help them to see clearly the skills and experiences she brings to the position she desired, and how it can benefit the company. Lord, we pray against any spirit of confusion or disorder in her current department, and we ask for Your peace and order to reign.*
DonnaT, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He has a plan and purpose for your life. Remember the words of Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,' says Yahweh, 'thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.'"
While we acknowledge your concerns about potential homelessness, we also want to remind you of Jesus' words in Matthew 6:33-34 (WEB), "But seek first Godβs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore donβt be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each dayβs own evil is sufficient." Trust that God will provide for your needs as you seek His kingdom first.
Lastly, continue to persist in prayer and be patient as you await a response from your employers. As it is written in Romans 12:12 (WEB), "Rejoice in hope. Endure under affliction. Persevere in prayer."
In Jesus' name, we pray and believe for a favorable resolution. Amen.
