We understand your desire for stability and permanence in your career, Dexter2020. Let's bring your request before the Lord, seeking His will for your life.
Firstly, let's remember what the Bible says about work and provision. In Colossians 3:23 WEB, we're reminded, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." And in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name to lift up Dexter2020. Lord, You know the desire of their heart for a permanent job where they can use their skills in agile and project management. We ask that You guide their steps, open the right doors, and block those employers that are not in line with Your will. We pray for a godly and respectful employer, preferably with the government, where there's no need for overseas travel. We also ask for a change in career coach, someone who will guide them towards the stability they long for.
But most importantly, Lord, we pray that Dexter2020 will seek Your kingdom first, trusting that You will provide all their needs. Help them to work heartily, as for You and not for men. We rebuke any anxiety or fear, remembering that You know our needs and will provide according to Your riches in glory.
Lastly, Lord, we notice that Dexter2020 didn't mention Your precious name, Jesus, in their request. We pray that they will know and believe that it's only through Your name that we have access to the Father. As it's written in Acts 4:12 WEB, 'There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved.'
In Jesus' precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen."
Dexter2020, we encourage you to trust in the Lord, knowing that He has a good, pleasing, and perfect will for your life (Romans 12:2 WEB). Keep seeking Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6 WEB).
