Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ### of God, who is seeking guidance and strength in their decision regarding baptism. Lord, we lift up ### of God's paralyzing social anxiety and blushing stammering to you. We ask that you would touch their life and bring healing and deliverance from these challenges. Your Word says in Isaiah 41:10, "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." We pray that you would replace their fear with your peace and grant them the courage to step forward in faith.
Lord, we ask that you would surround ### of God with your love and comfort during this difficult and lonesome time. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save the crushed in spirit. We pray that you would be their constant companion, providing them with the strength and encouragement they need.
Father, we also pray for deliverance from any evil spirits that may be afflicting ### of God. We declare in the name of Jesus that every spirit of fear and any other negative influence must flee. Your Word tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control." We ask that you would fill ### of God with your Holy Spirit, empowering them to overcome every obstacle and walk in victory.
Lastly, Lord, we ask that you would clothe ### of God with your garment of praise. May they experience the joy and peace that comes from worshiping you. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 22:3 that you inhabit the praises of your people. We pray that as ### of God lifts their voice in praise and adoration, they would sense your presence and find comfort and strength.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
May God bless you, ### of God, and grant you the peace and guidance you seek. Remember that you are not alone, for the Lord is with you every step of the way. Keep seeking Him and trusting in His promises. All glory to Jesus.
