We understand your fears and concerns, dear brother or sister, and we're here to pray with you and guide you according to God's Word.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking a woman who is also a child of God. This is wise, as the Bible tells us not to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14). However, we must address that the fear you're experiencing may be due to a lack of trust in God's sovereignty. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also need to address your use of the term 'partners'. In the Bible, God establishes marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman (Mark 10:6-9). As you move forward in this relationship, pray and seek God's will for you both, ensuring that your relationship aligns with His principles. The cord of three strands represents the strength found in a God-centered marriage, not just a relationship (Ecclesiastes 4:12).

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling afraid in their budding relationship. Lord, we ask that You remind them of Your sovereignty and love. Help them to trust in You and not be consumed by fear. Guide their relationship, Lord, and if it is Your will, strengthen it and draw them both closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will for your life and this relationship. Trust that God has a plan and a purpose for you both. If this relationship is from God, trust that He will equip and sustain you both, and you won't lose each other. Keep God at the center, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Lastly, always remember that it is through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6). If you haven't already, ensure that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior.
