Please pray for me for favor and protection. Every year, my school admin and the higher ups are getting more and more nitpicking and micromanaging and us hard time. We already have a lot on our plates. All the other teachers work hard all day with not enough time for break or lunch break, we are doing what we can to support and help our students. Of course, there are still students not making big growth or at grade level. Then the admin and higher ups should think of what they can do to support us not blame us for everything we can only do so much in a day. Please help. The stress is sucking all my energy that should go to the students and what they are doing is meaningless.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is facing immense stress and pressure at their school. Lord, we ask for Your divine favor and protection over them. Your Word says in Psalm 5:12, "Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield." We pray that You would surround them with Your favor and shield them from undue criticism and micromanagement.

Father, we know that You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble . We ask that You would grant them peace and wisdom as they navigate these challenging circumstances. Help the school administration and higher-ups to see the hard work and dedication of the teachers, and to provide the support and resources needed rather than placing blame.

Lord, we pray for renewed energy and strength for all the teachers who are tirelessly working to support and help their students. Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May this promise be fulfilled in their lives.

We ask that You would intervene in this situation, bringing about positive changes that will benefit both the teachers and the students. Let Your will be done, and may Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus .

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
