We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you've been facing over the past six years. The loss of your mom, the strained relationships with your family, the loneliness, and the struggle to find employment are all heavy burdens to bear. We are here to pray with you and to offer biblical encouragement and advice. We are thankful for the mention of Jesus' name in the request.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB. He is with you in your pain and loneliness. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Regarding the struggles with your family, we advise you to follow the teachings of Jesus: But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 WEB. It's difficult to maintain peace in a hostile environment, but remember that you can approach God confidently to ask for the help you need. We also need to remember to always forgive those who have wronged us. The Bible tells us this is one of the most important things we can do. It is so important to forgive that Jesus included it in the Lord's prayer and told us this about it: For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Matthew 6:14-15 WEB.
Concerning your loneliness and desire for a husband, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and seek Him first.
Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:4 WEB.
Seek God for your marriage partner and rest in the promise that He wants to give you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him.
As for your difficulty in finding a job, trust that God has a plan for you. He says, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11 WEB. Keep praying and seeking His will for your employment.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our sister who is going through a difficult time. Lord, You are close to the brokenhearted, and we ask that You comfort her in her sorrow and loneliness. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You because You care for her.
Lord Jesus, we ask that You intervene in her family situation. Help them to live in peace with each other and to forgive each other for past wrongs. Help her to love and bless those who have cursed her and to pray for those who have mistreated her. Help her to forgive as you have forgiven us.
Father, we ask that You guide her as she seeks employment. Open the right doors and give her a job that she will love and that will bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we ask that You provide her with a godly husband according to Your will and in Your timing. Help her to delight herself in You and to trust in Your promises.
In Jesus' name, we pray for her life to turn from horrible to wonderful. We claim Your promises and ask that You bless her and all those who are going through a horrible time. Transform their lives and bring them hope and a future.
