Please pray for me at my workplace conflict

Please pray for the conflicts arising from my co workers and I that have become unbearable to deal with. Issues involving gossip, jealousy and slander against me. I pray that the aggression towards me be resolved and for peace to be restored within us all without any more issues. I never wish harm on anyone let alone my co workers to be treated so unfairly.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request regarding the conflicts arising from their co-workers. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. Your Word teaches us in 2 Thessalonians 3:16 that you are the God of peace, and we pray that you would bring peace and resolution to these conflicts.

Father, we ask that you would address the issues of gossip, jealousy, and slander that ### is facing. Your Word warns us against such behaviors in Proverbs 6:16-19, and we pray that you would convict the hearts of those involved and bring about repentance and reconciliation.

Lord, we pray for ###'s protection and that you would shield them from any harm or unfair treatment. Your Word assures us in Psalm 5:12 that you bless the righteous and surround them with your favor as with a shield. We ask for your favor to be upon ###, granting them wisdom and discernment in handling these difficult situations.

Father, we also pray for a restoration of peace among all the co-workers involved. May your love and grace permeate their hearts, leading to forgiveness and unity. Help them to see the value in working together harmoniously for the greater good.

Lastly, we lift up ###'s desire for a workplace free from further issues. We ask that you would grant them a peaceful and productive environment where they can thrive and contribute their skills and talents without hindrance.

In Jesus' name, we pray, believing that you are able to bring about resolution and restore peace. Amen.

Dear Father, ### rest in the knowledge that you go before him/her, that ### can pray for this difficulty he/she face with co-workers and trust that you can intervene. Lord you know ###’s heart, that he/she desire to live in peace and to understand and care for all that ### meet. Lord you are within ###– please give ### wisdom moment by moment as he/she work alongside them that he/she might not harbor hurt and yet stand his/het ground in a gentle and authoritative way. Lord you are behind. ### confess his/her insecurities of feeling as though he/she is not safe, that ### may be criticized behind his/her back. Lord please cleanse ### each day of these worries and help ### to address his/her concerns with integrity. Lord you are beneath ###. Please carry ###, ### coworkers and this situation into a place of reconciliation to resolve the issue so that they can work in peace. Father, thank you that you surround ### with your love. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
