I am soo deeply upset right now
please kindly pray for me as you feel led to
I am trying to help my senior citizen friend save his apartment
so his landlord will renew his lease this April 1st 2022
All they want is a cleaning lady to come in and fix things up
that's all basically & then hopefully they will let him stay there
I set everything up for him this afternoon with the superintendent
of his building and a sweetheart cleaning lady plus her assistant
and the super John who is also A Pastor was soo very very happy
I had assured The Superintendent John that 2 cleaning ladies will be there tomorrow
and he informed the landlord and everyone was soo very happy
and felt soo re-assured as well
My senior citizen friend decided this evening to fire the second cleaning
lady and he called her soo late and argued with her about paying
her as well but she stood her ground
I am hoping and praying that she does still show up tomorrow as this was a 2 person
cleaning job not a one person cleaning job.
My senior citizen friend must have also offended
the cleaning lady too this evening
because he also told me that tomorrow is the last time he is going to use her at all but his landlord wants her in on a weekly
regular basis and so does the superintendent Pastor John as well... or it is now grounds that his lease is broken and that it will not be renewed on April 1st 2022
i am devastated and mortified at what he just did for no reason at all
except to cause tremendous trouble for everyone involved here and this will cause him to lose his rental and he will be homeless as well...that is a given...
This very horrible decision could cost him to lose everything
and i mean everything at this point in time
However you feel to pray and intercede please kindly do so before i lose my mind
this evening from needless worry and
soo much stress right now...
At this point there is nothing more that i can do to help him anymore
I had given the landlord and John the superintendent my word that my friend
would fully cooperate and do the right thing.
Now for my very sanity i feel it is best to just walk away from all of this
before i totally crack up from this needless stress over him being homeless
and he will have only himself to blame too
However i am asking in prayer this evening for a final confirmation
from The Lord and for much wisdom and help concerning this whole matter
I TRUST YOU TO HELP ME LORD GOD PLEASE
I SEEK YOU IN THIS URGENT MATTER
FIRST ABOVE ALL ELSE TONIGHT
Some people will never change
Some people can never be helped
Some people are their own worst enemy
and
Some people are destroyed by their love and greed over their money
which The Bible clearly says is the root of all evil
My senior citizen friend is A Total Miser with his money
and he has hurt soo many people in his life over his obsessive love of money
and he also refuses to pay many of his bills as well
and though i have tried my best to be his good friend and give him wise counsel and
Godly advice it goes in one ear and out the other ear
The only God he knows and believes in is his money
Money Is His God.
He did accept The Lord Jesus with me but then told me he is an atheist
and he does not believe that there is a God at all and how can i prove
that God even exists...
He also bragged to me that no one can ever touch him or take his apartment away from him because he inherited a tremendous amount of money
But the Co-Op Board where he currently rents feels he is a liability and a danger and does not want him to live there any more
Plus The Landlord's Son Is A Lawyer and also does not want to renew his lease either and i am trying soo hard to stop all of this from happening
I highly doubt my senior citizen's money will help him now.
I am very anxious this evening and extremely upset and on edge
and i ask for God's peace to know that i did the best that i could for him
under the most difficult of circumstances that also i face myself all alone
This whole matter is now in God's Two Hands
Again this man is going to lose his apartment and he has no one to blame
but himself at this point in time
He refuses to listen to sound reason and good judgement from anyone
including his own sister.
I was his only friend in life but it has become way too much for me
to have to endure and i feel soo sick this evening by this whole situation
May God's Mercy Be Shown To Him Before It Is Too Late
and i truly thank-you for your compassionate prayers this evening
not just for my senior citizen friend
but also for me that i do not crack up over all of this tonight
May God Himself Do What Is Now Best For All Involved
and help me to make the wisest decision too regarding
any further association with this person as it is making me too sick.
I am truly beside myself as to what else can be done
to salvage this critical situation except to ask for prayer from all of you
and so i turn to God for Divine Intervention This Evening
and for your kind and caring intercessions too...
