Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up Leonard from Cameroon in prayer. Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask for this peace to guard Leonard's heart and mind as the visa process is navigated.
Lord, we know that You are sovereign over all things, including the authorities and processes that govern our lives. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns it wherever he will." We pray that You would guide the hearts and decisions of those involved in Leonard's visa process, that Your will may be done.
We also remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust that You have a good plan for Leonard's future, and we ask that You would open doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8).
Grant Leonard patience, strength, and unwavering faith during this time. May Your presence be felt powerfully, providing comfort and assurance that You are in control.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
