Please pray for me and the company I work for. I found out on Friday that some of the Field labor staff will be going on strike. I understand they have the right to strike. However, depending on how long they strike, this will affect many other departments of the company. Including mine. My job is to design systems, create estimates and proposals for clients. If we don't have a labor force to install the materials for a working system it could affect my employment at some point. Please pray that God intervenes so both sides can come to an agreement soon so this does not drag out longer than a few weeks.

We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would guide the negotiations and bring about a swift and fair resolution. Please protect ###'s employment and the welfare of all those affected. Give them peace in this time of uncertainty, and help them to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

We encourage you, ###, to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Trust that God is in control, even in this challenging situation. Remember, God has promised to supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB).

In times like these, it's important to examine our hearts and see if we're aligned with God's will. If you haven't already, consider if there are any steps you can take to be a peacemaker, as blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God (Matthew 5:9 WEB).

Lastly, we notice that your request didn't mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it's by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written, "In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, consider giving your life to Jesus Christ, believing in Him for the salvation of your soul.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
