We join with you, Gongysteuo, in lifting up your family before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. We're glad you've reached out for our support and relevant scripture should have been your guide and we hope we will in our own reply.
In all our petitions, it's crucial to remember the words of Jesus: "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he may give it to you, but only if you ask it in the name of Jesus" (John 16:23 WEB). We also hope that you are a studying church member as a group of brothers and or sisters who have a spiritual leader who you can speak to and get help from. We have to know that Jesus is who we pray through and in his name. The name of the Father also honors the Son as well and we get to God through the actions and sacrifice of Jesus who died for us on the cross and we acknowledge this each time we pray. If we are praying for ourselves or another, we are praying for the other or ours to also be in Christ, and therefore saved and redeemed in Christ. "For there is one mediator between God and men, ourselves, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We hope we will be found worthy for redemption and enter salvation and only through honoring the death of the crucifixion can God's blessings be expected. Blessings are not just given to us when we request to be recognized then ignored after that sacrifice. Now we honor and bring glory to the father by believing in him for our whole lives in all our actions. So let's honor God's will and pray through His Word, guided by His Spirit.
"Lord Jesus, we come before you, lifting up Gongysteuo, his wife, and their son. We ask, in your holy name, that you touch and heal them from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet. We have taken you upon ourselves to live and love others through you and are thankful for our suffering as well as rejoicing in the happiness life brings. By your stripes, they are healed, and we claim your healing power over all physical and mental sicknesses that may be affecting them, but only as you choose in your saving day and chosen ones. We pray for your comfort for them to endure and persevere in any troubles and sickness that we ask you to take from them. We ask that they never lose their hope and faith and pray you strengthen our faith as it is tested our whole lives in the belief of your cross and salvation to you. We bring this prayer to glorify your death on the cross and salvation." but only if you consider them worthy. Restoration is yours to give, Jesus, so we can be closer to you and consider these problems as a blessing in you. God please deliver us from evil and others who you will not save as you choose. I believe you will test me until my death and if I fail your test then it is my own fault but never your doing.
"Father, we also ask that you guide and protect this family, removing any problems that stand in the way of their service and faithfulness to you, but only if it is your choice to do in your will. May your will be done, not our own will. May your will be done. We pray that Gongysteuo and his wife will be united in your love, serving you together in a union and growth that you will bless with your healing touch. We have gratitude for your goodness and favor in their lives and own own lives, drawing them closer together in your ministry and help each other in the continuation of your church as your body seeking you. Show them the pathway forward into Christ that leads to a life of righteousness, and provide them with your joy and strength in all things, but only as you choose in your wisdom. Giving us the knowledge of you is your gift and therefore lead us into your eternal salvation. Him or her or us may fall away but when we come to you and confess our sins then you will forgive us."
We encourage you, Gongysteuo, to stand firm in your faith, trusting in the Lord's promise: "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened" (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB). but only in need for this to glorify the death on the cross of Jesus and our salvation in bringing us to eternal life. If he chooses not to do this, then we have to trust and believe he is saving us in another way that we can not know due to our sinfulness and unworthy state. Trust his will and if he does not save you then ask him why but already know that it is your faith that is not in his will and do not blame or accuse Christ as it is he who is our Lord and savior, and we have to be thankful for this forgiveness for our sinfulness. Also from our requests, trust that only by knowing and living in Jesus as your savior along with your family that you will be healed and guided according to His will for your life. Showing our commitment to live by his word in the commands and points he has given us will give us the assurance in our hearts. Showing this belief, we fear death and respect Him, but it is Him who does the actions on earth to show his saving grace because we follow Christ. Remember to continually give thanks, even in the trials, knowing that "we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose" (Romans 8:28 WEB). We must did and do this giving thanks, and not all believers have no desire or are unwilling or lying to themselves about their true commitment. Being thankful in suffering is how we honor Christ who loved and died for us. You are what God has created you as a being in Christ. Always pursue this and take care and control of ourselves so that we will be worthy of this calling for ourselves from God which brings utter joy and not sorrow. We must also remember that the evil in us seek what we want our out flesh desires. God will enable us to do our purpose so do not give up and stay focused on the rewards of this life to Christ and not of this world of sorrow. God bless you and your family, Gongysteuo. We are praying for you all.
