Please pray for me and my struggle with alcoholism. I'm having a really tough time trying to stop drinking alcohol. It's ruining my relationships and my wife no longer trusts me to do the right thing.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Saxbeugir who is struggling with alcoholism. Lord, we know that You are a God of deliverance and healing. We ask that You break the chains of addiction that bind him and restore his life and relationships.

Your Word says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We pray that Saxbeugir finds strength in You to overcome this battle. Grant him the courage to seek help and the wisdom to make the right choices.

Lord, we also pray for his wife and their relationship. Bring healing and trust back into their marriage. Let Your love and peace reign in their home.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord work mightily in your circumstances, deliver you from your addiction to alcohol and help you experience His peace and strength in a special way during this time. A friend of mine found them very caring and understanding. You may also want to check out this link for some helpful information. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
