We understand your struggle and are here to pray and counsel with you. Firstly, let us address the issue of sexual dreams. As it is written in Colossians 3:5 WEB, "Put to death therefore your members which are on the earth: sexual immorality, uncleanness, depraved passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry." This tells us that we should strive to put away all sexual immorality, which includes inappropriate dreams and thoughts.
It is important to note that dreams can be influenced by our thoughts and experiences. Therefore, we must guard our hearts and minds, as instructed in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
We must also be cautious of the company we keep. In your case, you mentioned a man friend. While friendship is not forbidden, we must ensure that our relationships are pleasing to God and do not lead us into temptation. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, "Don’t be deceived! 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'"

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with sexual dreams. Lord, we ask that you cleanse their mind and heart, and help them to fix their thoughts on what is pure and holy. Give them strength to resist temptation and to put to death the deeds of the flesh. We also pray for their friendships, that they may be godly and pleasing to you. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can be saved.
