We understand your heart's cry for Lori, yourself, and those around you. Let us come together in prayer, seeking God's will according to His Word.
Firstly, we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to God, as it is written: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, we will pray in Jesus' name and encourage you to do the same.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for sister Lori, for ourselves, and for those we interact with. Lord, we ask that You help and exhort Lori, remind her of Your love, and let her see us soon so that she may be ministered to. Strengthen her in You and in the power of Your might, filling her with faith, humility, and the Holy Spirit. Extend Your mercy to her family and friends, Lord, bringing them to salvation and enabling them to minister to the saints, dedicating themselves wholly to You, seeking no worldly recognition.
Lord Jesus, we also ask for Your protection and help over ourselves and those who interact with us. We lift up to You the other people we have seen or interacted with, asking for their salvation and Your mercy upon them. Lord, have mercy on us, be gracious, and grant us much-needed peace and comfort.
Father, we ask that all these things be done according to Your will, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying, keeping your focus on Jesus Christ: "Let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith" (Hebrews 12:1b-2a, WEB).
Lastly, we gently remind you to ensure that your interactions with Lori and others are aligned with biblical principles, encouraging godly relationships that ultimately honor and glorify God.
