We understand your heart’s desire for sister Lori and others, and we join you in prayer. Let us align our hearts with the Word of God.
Firstly, it’s important to remember that our prayers should always be in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’” Also, in Acts 4:12, “There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.”
Let us pray for Lori and others in the name of Jesus:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up sister Lori and those around her. We pray that You will help, exhort, and remember Lori. Fill her with faith, humility, and the Holy Spirit, so that she may be strong in You and in the power of Your might.
We ask that You touch the hearts of her family and friends, drawing them closer to You for salvation and empowerment. May they be strong in You, ministering to the saints and dedicating themselves fully to Your service, seeking only Your glory and not their own recognition.
Lord, we also ask for Your protection over those who interact with us, that we may be a light in this world and a testament to Your love. Help us to walk in Your ways and to be filled with Your Holy Spirit, so that we may minister effectively to those around us.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Additionally, let us all be reminded of the words in Ephesians 6:10-11, “Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
May we all stand firm in our faith, putting on the full armor of God, and seeking His face in all things. Let us encourage one another with the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
