We understand your request, Sowshall, but we must address this from a biblical perspective. The Bible teaches us to pray for our leaders and those in authority, as seen in 1 Timothy 2:1-2 (WEB), "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places." However, it is not biblical to pray for a specific election outcome that favors one candidate over another. Instead, we should pray for God's will to be done and for Him to raise up leaders who will serve Him and the people with wisdom and righteousness.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You to lift up the upcoming election and all those involved, including Kamala Harris. Lord, we do not presume to know Your will regarding the outcome, but we ask that Your perfect will be done. We pray for a peaceful transition of power, for wisdom for our leaders, and for a heart of service toward the people they lead. Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will humble themselves before You and seek Your face. We pray for the salvation of those who do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, Amen."
We encourage you to trust in God's sovereignty over all things, including elections. Remember the words of Romans 13:1 (WEB), "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." God is in control, and we should seek His will above all else.
Also, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, confess your sins, and make Him the Lord of your life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
