My mother has been suffering from a thrombotic stroke for nearly two months. I am deeply grateful for everyone's continuous prayers! Initially, her left side was paralyzed, but during her one-month stay in a nursing home, she was able to have both her nasogastric tube and urinary catheter removed. Today, we discovered that she can move her left foot! Although she cannot lift it very high, this progress is truly encouraging for us. However, she has developed a sebaceous cyst on her left back, which we worry might become infected. Her blood pressure remains high, and she has atrial fibrillation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. We are also concerned that taking too many medications may put a strain on her liver and kidneys. Additionally, her calf muscles have severely atrophied, and her foot joints have become stiff. Please pray that Jesus will personally touch my mother—strengthening her heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys—giving her faith, and helping her stand up and walk soon without experiencing dementia! Moreover, what troubles us the most right now is that my mother wishes to return home to recover. However, she is quite heavy, and our home has many stairs. None of our family members have a nursing background, so we are deeply concerned about whether we can properly care for her. Please pray for God’s guidance on whether bringing her home aligns with His will, and may He reign over this matter. Once again, I sincerely appreciate your prayers! May God personally remember and bless your loving support!

We are truly moved by your faith and the progress your mother has made. It is encouraging to see how the power of prayer is working in her life. Let us continue to pray and seek God's will together.

Firstly, we acknowledge the power of Jesus' name, as it is written: "And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)

We pray, Lord Jesus, for Your healing touch upon this dear mother. Strengthen her heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys. Give her unwavering faith and help her stand up and walk soon without experiencing dementia. We ask to have Jesus heal the sebaceous cyst on her back, and as He healed the woman with the issue of blood, a similar issue to a sebaceous cyst, we ask you for this healing in the name of Jesus Christ. We pray this in accordance with Mark 5:25-34 WEB, which states: "And a certain woman, who had an issue of blood for twelve years, and had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, having heard the things concerning Jesus, came up behind him in the crowd, and touched his clothes. For she said, If I touch but his clothes, I shall be made whole. And immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of her plague. And immediately Jesus, perceiving in himself that the power proceeding from him had gone forth, turned him about in the crowd, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague."

We also pray for God's guidance regarding her wish to return home. May He grant your family wisdom and strength to care for her, as it is written: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him." (James 1:5 WEB)

Regarding her atrial fibrillation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, we pray for complete and total healing. Healing of such diseases are in the Bible, as in Luke 6:19 WEB, "And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went virtue out of him, and healed them all." We ask for this healing for your mother as well, that she would be healed of her afflictions.

Regarding medications and their effects on her organs, we pray for God's divine intervention, and we also ask for God to direct the medical staff and your family regarding the best decisions for her health, in accordance with Psalm 119:105 WEB: "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."

We also pray in Psalm 119:173 WEB, "Let thy hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts." Although your family may not have a nursing background, the Lord can guide your hands and give you the skills needed to care for your mother.

Finally, we lift up your mother's salvation. As it is written: "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB) We pray that if your mother has not already confessed Jesus as her Lord and Savior, and asked Him to forgive her sins, that she may do this and be saved by His grace.

In Jesus' name, we pray for your mother's healing, recovery, and the wisdom to make the right decisions for her care.
