Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of faith, lifting up Jack who is suffering from back pain and spondylitis. We know, Lord, that You are the Great Physician, and Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."
Lord Jesus, we ask that You lay Your healing hands upon Jack. Ease the pain and discomfort, and bring relief to the suffering. Your Word in Jeremiah 30:17 says, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord. We stand on this promise today, believing that Jack will experience Your miraculous healing power.
Father, grant Jack the strength and patience to endure this trial, and surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Guide the medical professionals who are caring for him, and give them wisdom in their treatment plans.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We praise You for Your love and mercy. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
