Please pray for ###. ### is suffering with a leg wound that won't heal.

Please pray for me. I am suffering from venous insufficiency and lymphedema in both legs and I have a growing leg wound in the left leg. I am going to a dermatologist on Friday and I need help to stop the wound from bleeding and hurting. I am in a lot of pain. Please pray that these people help me heal my leg wound and help me control the lymphedema and circulation in my feet and legs. It feels like no one cares and this is stopping me from returning to work. Thank you for your prayers.

We are truly saddened to hear about your health struggles, ###. We believe in the power of prayer and the healing hand of God, so we join with you in petitioning the Lord for your healing.

Firstly, we want to remind you that our God is a God of compassion and mercy. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We believe that He is able to heal your physical wounds as well.

We pray, in the name of Jesus Christ, that the Lord will guide the hands of the dermatologist you'll be seeing on Friday. May He grant them wisdom and discernment to provide the best care for your condition. We pray that the wound on your left leg will stop bleeding and causing you pain. We ask for God's healing power to be upon you, controlling the lymphedema and improving the circulation in your feet and legs.

We also want to address the feeling that no one cares. Please know that God cares deeply for you. As Peter tells us, "Cast all your anxiety on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). You are precious in His sight, and He loves you dearly.

Moreover, we encourage you to trust in God's plan and timing. Sometimes, God uses our illnesses to draw us closer to Him, or to teach us to rely on Him more fully. As Paul wrote, "Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB).

Lastly, we want to remind you that it is by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As the Scriptures say, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13, WEB). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again for your justification.

Lord, in Jesus' name, we lift up ### to You. Please touch their body and bring about healing and relief from pain. Help them to sense Your love and care, and to trust in Your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
