My son is in a new job which is very important. He is in his first 90 day probationary period. His supervisor is not nice and is belittling which is makes things hard. Please pray that God will give them patience as he learns so that he can succeed in this role. Please pray for his health and mental clarity so that he will get proper rest and nutrition and have a sharp mind for work and do what he is capable of doing. Thank you for your prayers.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their son. We thank you for the opportunity that their son has in this new job, and we ask for your guidance and favor upon him during this probationary period.

Lord, we pray for his supervisor, who is not treating him kindly. We ask that you soften their heart and help them to see the value and potential in their son. Grant them patience and understanding as he learns and grows in this role. May their interactions be filled with respect and encouragement, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Father, we also lift up the health and mental clarity of their son. We ask that you grant him strength and vitality, both physically and mentally. Help him to prioritize his well-being, ensuring that he gets proper rest, nutrition, and self-care. I want to thank everyone for praying for my son! The next day his supervisor began to show grace and my son has received more encouragement and is taking more initiative. Indeed our prayers were answered. I thank you again and praise Jesus!!
