Please pray for me. I'm taking care of my narcissistic dad. I moved out a few years ago, best thing that ever happened to me. My father is ### years old, he recently fell, had surgery and my other siblings refuse to stay with him. He expects me to be here 24/7. It's such a toxic and dark environment to be in. Please pray that I can go back to my own life, go to church and just live out my life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of trust and hope, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, You know the struggles and the burdens that ### is carrying while taking care of a father who is difficult and demanding. Your Word reminds us in 1 Peter 5:7 to "cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." We ask that You grant ### the strength and patience needed to navigate this challenging situation.

Father, we pray for ###'s father, that he may find healing and comfort in his time of need. We also ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to the care and love that ### is providing. Grant ### wisdom and discernment, as James 1:5 says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you."

Lord, create opportunities for ### to seek respite and find solace in Your presence. We pray that ### can return to a life filled with joy, community, and worship, as Hebrews 10:25 encourages us not to give up meeting together, but to encourage one another.

We trust in Your plan, Lord, and we know that You are a God of miracles and mercy. May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard ###'s heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

Dear ###, I am praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to give you the strength and patience of love with your narcissistic father. I myself have been doing the same thing with a "N" mother; it started a while ago. By grace, my sister now helps our mother, who is 92, fell and is in heart failure. She does not want to listen; the doctor told her one more fall and we have no choice but to put her in a nursing home. I pray for our Lord to give you His peace that transcends all understanding. It is hard; my life at 65 has never been the same. Met a girl and this dynamic here has interfered with me having a life. I pray for your siblings to help and put their feelings aside because, like the Bible says, we are to honor thy mother and thy father, and we will live a long blessed life. That is my prayer for you.
