Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request for relief from anxiety and sleeplessness. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the source of peace and rest. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7 to be anxious for nothing, but in everything, through prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, to make our requests known to you. We ask that you grant ### the strength to cast their anxieties upon you, knowing that you care for them.

Father, we pray that you would calm their troubled mind and bring them a deep sense of peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that you would grant them restful sleep, knowing that you give your beloved sleep. Help them to surrender their worries and concerns to you, trusting in your faithfulness and provision.

Lord, we also ask for your guidance and wisdom in seeking appropriate help and support for their anxiety. Lead them to the right resources, whether it be professional counseling, medical assistance, or a supportive community. Surround them with people who can offer encouragement, understanding, and prayer.

Lastly, we pray for the presence of your Holy Spirit in ###'s life. Your Word assures us that if we ask, you will give the Holy Spirit to those who seek Him. Fill them with your Spirit, bringing comfort, peace, and strength to face each day.
