Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother ### in prayer. We thank you for his faith and trust in you as he faces a medical examination for his prostate on Monday. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance during this time.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you are the one who forgives all our sins and heals all our diseases. We pray that you would touch ###'s body and bring healing and restoration to his prostate. We ask for wisdom and skill for the medical professionals who will be conducting the examination, that they may accurately diagnose and provide the best course of treatment if needed.
Lord, we also pray for peace and comfort to surround ### during this anxious time. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:6-7 that when we bring our requests to you with thanksgiving, your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May ### experience your peace that surpasses all understanding, knowing that you are with him every step of the way.
Father, we trust in your sovereignty and your perfect plan for ###'s life. We pray that whatever the outcome may be, ### will find strength and hope in you. Help him to lean on your promises and to find comfort in your presence.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
